GTA 6 Phone Apps: BuckMe, Waink, WhatUp and Snapmatic — WikiGTAVI

   Open the phone as a physical in-world device

   Community-reported: opening the phone zooms the camera over Jason or Lucia's shoulder onto a 3D phone held in their hand instead of popping up a flat corner menu. Rob Nelson is said to describe it as a physical item that belongs to the character, 'not a player-facing item,' so Jason and Lucia carry different apps and conversations.

   Bank your cash with BuckMe

   BuckMe is the CashApp parody and your bank account, marked by the purple logo in the top right of the HUD. Banked money is safe money. You cannot deposit cash through the phone — you must physically walk to an ATM to convert carried cash into a BuckMe balance.

   Travel with RydeMe and recover vehicles with Scooter Bros

   RydeMe (spelled with a Y) is the Uber/Lyft parody and the closest thing GTA 6 has shown to fast travel: order a car and either skip the ride or sit in the back with the driver. Scooter Bros is the separate app that recovers your personal vehicle when you need it back.

   Scan a car with Waink before you steal it

   Waink scans any vehicle before theft, listing the security, the tool you need, the tracker tier, the sale value and the registration cost. Check the readout before committing so you do not drag a tracked car around for nothing.

   Text with WhatUp to maintain relationships

   WhatUp handles texting NPCs and your partner. It works as a relationship mechanic: community reporting notes Jason and Lucia message each other good morning and good night, reinforcing their partnership over time.

   Browse Snapmatic without posting

   Snapmatic returns as a browse-only Instagram parody. You can scroll the feed but cannot post, because a couple on the run cannot afford a digital footprint. Use it to see what the world shares, not to broadcast your own activity.

   Track your training with the fitness app

   The fitness app is the quietest of the seven. It tells you when you should work out and tracks your fitness and workout status over time, timing and logging your training sessions.
